ROSALYNN COURT
Habitat for Humanity of East Jefferson County
In partnership with Habitat for Humanity of East Jefferson County, this five-unit micro-neighborhood is designed to cultivate a strong sense of community while providing high-quality, permanently affordable housing for all residents. Developed under the City of Port Townsend’s Unit Lot Subdivision framework—a planning tool that allows for higher-density housing in traditionally lower-density zones—the project maximizes land use efficiency while maintaining a welcoming, neighborhood feel. Thoughtful site design preserves connectivity between San Juan Ave and McNeill Streets, incorporates accessible units, includes right-of-way improvements, low-impact stormwater management, and covered bike storage to support sustainable and inclusive living.
